ISLE OF MAN, 14 October 2026: Tommy Corlett joins SolutionsHub as Head of Regulatory Assurance and Remediation.
Corlett spent nine years with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC). He started as a Gaming Inspector and moved into AML/CFT Inspections in November 2023 as Senior Inspector.
Most recently, Corlett was looking at whether firms were actually meeting their AML/CFT obligations. That meant digging into how their controls worked, where the weaknesses were, and what needed attention.
Lee Hills, CEO of SolutionsHub, said: “Tommy has spent nine years looking at businesses from the regulator’s side of the table, so he knows exactly what gets tested and where firms can come unstuck. “His experience is going to be incredibly useful for our clients. He knows what regulators expect to see, how they test it and what happens when the evidence does not stack up. “We’re really pleased to have him with us. He’ll make a huge difference to the work we’re doing around assurance and remediation.”
Tommy Corlett, Head of Regulatory Assurance and Remediation at SolutionsHub, said: “After nine years at the GSC, I am ready to use my experience in a different way and help businesses understand what regulators are actually looking for when they test something in practice.
“What appealed to me about SolutionsHub was the focus on evidence and on sorting problems properly when something needs fixing. I’m really looking forward to working with Lee and the team and getting stuck into the work with operators.”
Corlett will work with SolutionsHub clients entering regulated markets and with online gambling businesses already managing ongoing compliance. He has spent years asking firms to show regulators the evidence behind their controls. He now uses that experience to help clients through licensing and with the day-to-day reality of running the business afterwards.
Having assessed firms from inside the regulator, Corlett brings a practical view of where licensing applications and compliance plans can come under pressure. He will use that experience to help operators address gaps before regulatory scrutiny and maintain the standards expected after approval.
