BOYLE Sports has announced a major expansion of its Serbia-based technology hub, reinforcing its long-term commitment to innovation and scalable growth across its omni-channel betting business.

The operator has recruited more than 65 technology professionals in Belgrade over the past 12 months and plans to increase headcount by a further 30% in the coming months. The expansion provides BOYLE Sports with access to one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology talent pools, particularly developers with extensive gaming industry experience.

Chief Technology Officer Jim Parkins said the company had carefully built the Serbian team to combine technical expertise with strong industry knowledge and cultural alignment. He also highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in software development, stressing that while AI is transforming technology teams, investing in skilled people remains central to the company’s strategy.

The investment follows BOYLE Sports’ recent partnership with AWS, further strengthening its technology infrastructure as the bookmaker continues to scale its operations across multiple regulated markets.
